The 2023 Viognier stands out as one of the richest representations of our collaboration so far. With extremely low yields, the flavor intensity is akin to an elevator ride straight to the penthouse suite.
This wine boasts a light golden color with sweet cream, white peach, dried apricots, and a hint of white flowers and mineral in the aromatics. On the palate, it exhibits the richness from using 100% new French oak, while also highlighting the minerality of the Stagecoach Vineyard. There are hints of black licorice, pain grille, and the recurring notes of dried peach, apricot, and a touch of brown sugar in the finish. It offers a truly intoxicating, sensual, and opulent wine experience.
